  2. According to carbon fiber specifications

  3. According to carbon fiber carbonization

Carbon fiber cloth has a variety of specifications and varieties, with different properties, excellent heat resistance, semiconductivity, electrical conductivity and chemical resistance, and mechanical properties are related to the carbon filaments used and the weaving method. At present, the most important indicators to measure the mechanical properties of high-performance carbon fiber cloth are its strength, elastic modulus and elongation at break. With the increasing number of reinforced projects using the technology of pasting carbon fiber cloth, the acceptance of the construction quality of such projects is being standardized, and more and more owners are no longer satisfied with the product qualification certificate provided by the construction unit. However, the mechanical property testing of carbon fiber cloth is much more difficult than other low-strength fiber materials, and it has high requirements on the clamping ability of the end of the sample, the uniform force of the fiber filaments, and the alignment performance of the testing machine.
